• You MUST be 18+ to commission us.
• You may not share, publish, monetize, or post the audio anywhere without our express consent. Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed and agreed upon otherwise. We own all rights to our work.
• We reserve the right to post non-exclusive audios anywhere following a one (1) month delay with all personal information removed, unless the exclusivity fee is paid.
• Audio commissions are subject to a 10 minute minimum charge regardless of the length of the audio.
• Full payment is required upfront to get started on your commission.
• Commissions are non-refundable.
• Payment will be made via Throne (anonymous and secure). Please note that Throne charges a processing fee (details here) that you will also be responsible for.
• The price of each commission may also vary according to complexity. Please communicate all of your requests upfront and we will be more than happy to work with you on the details!
• Your commission will be sent via Dropbox as a .wav file. This file will be available for you to download for at least four (4) weeks. Be sure to download your audio as soon as you can as our files are periodically cleared out.
• Please refrain from asking for updates about the commission status, we appreciate your patience! Our standard turnaround time may range from a week to 2 months, though it may take longer depending on our schedule and the complexity of the commission. A rush fee is available upon request.
• If no deadlines are discussed, the commission will be done within a 3 month period. For more complex pieces/unforeseen circumstances where we require a longer deadline, it will be communicated with you.

• Our commissions are NOT accepted first come first serve. Commissions are selected based on our interest.
• By commissioning us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our terms of service.
